KrishDMC Holiday Package Cancellation Policy

At KrishDMC, we strive to provide seamless travel experiences while ensuring transparency and fairness in all our policies. Below is our detailed cancellation policy for holiday packages booked through travel agents. We recommend reviewing this carefully to guide your clients effectively.

Cancellation Policy Overview

To ensure clarity and smooth operations, cancellations are subject to the following charges based on the timing of the cancellation request relative to the departure date:

Cancellation 30+ Days Prior to Departure
Charge: 30% of the total package cost.
Details: A cancellation fee of 30% will apply to cover administrative and operational costs incurred during the planning phase.

Cancellation 15–30 Days Prior to Departure
Charge: 50% of the total package cost.
Details: At this stage, significant resources (accommodations, transport, permits, etc.) are already secured. The 50% charge reflects partial recovery of these non-refundable commitments.

Cancellation Within 15 Days of Departure
Charge: 100% of the total package cost (non-refundable).
Details: Last-minute cancellations leave no opportunity to reallocate reserved services, resulting in full retention of the package cost.

Key Terms & Conditions

Written Notice Required: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) by the travel agent to be processed.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 20–45 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Components: Certain services (e.g., flight tickets, special permits, or third-party bookings) may incur 100% charges regardless of cancellation timing. These will be clearly outlined in your client’s package itinerary.

Force Majeure: In extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, war situation, etc.), KrishDMC reserves the right to revise cancellation terms or offer alternative arrangements (e.g., rescheduling).

Jurisdiction: All disputes pertaining to cancellations or services will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Note: If booked hotels enforce a stricter cancellation policy (e.g., non-refundable bookings), KrishDMC’s cancellation charges will align with the hotel’s terms. Such exceptions will be communicated during booking confirmation.
